Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase with Just One Eye. Just One Eye accepts returns or exchanges. Certain one-of-a-kind items may be exceptions to this policy; however we will always do our best to accept a return or exchange when requested.

Returning items to Just One Eye is simple. Each package contains a return label. Postage is paid for returns within the United States; international shipments must be paid by the shipper but may be reimbursed under certain circumstances.
Your refund will be credited using the purchase method. For example, credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process your refund. Please note that jewelry, intimates, swimwear and sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.
When Making A Return:
- Please request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All tags must remain attached. If tags have been removed, the item cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Shoeboxes must accompany any shoes being returned; we cannot accept shoes for return with damage to the shoebox.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for any items purchased prior to and/or after promotions and limited-time discounts. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
Minimum $250 on a single item purchase. Non-transferrable. Online only and not valid in store. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased. Offer cannot be used towards Just One Eye gift cards, shipping and sales tax. This promotion has no retail value. Sales promotion may excludes certain designers and products, so may not apply to all items and products - selection is made a our discretion. Discount is only valid from date specified and cannot be pre or post dated. Other restrictions, exclusions or terms may apply.
How to Make a Return or Exchange Online:
Simply sign into your Just One Eye account and select the order number of the item you are looking to return or exchange. Click on RETURN/EXCHANGE and select the reason why you are returning or exchanging. Please include any necessary details.
If you are exchanging for a different sizing, please include the correct size. We will send you the replacement item upon receipt of the original item, assuming that item is received in unused condition and that a replacement is available.
If a replacement is not available, your account will be credited for the original purchase price upon receipt of the original item in unused condition. You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your shipment.
If you are requesting a refund, credit must match original payment method. If you would like to return an item you purchased or received as a gift from Just One Eye, please go to our website, JustOneEye.com.
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, you will receive a Just One Eye gift card/credit in the amount of the purchase price. Once you check the AGREE button, we will send you an email confirming your RMA number. Please send your item back to us within 14 days.
