Just One Eye accepts returns or exchanges. Certain one-of-a-kind items may be exceptions to this policy; however we will always do our best to accept a return or exchange when requested.
Returning items to Just One Eye is simple. Each package contains a return label. Postage is paid for returns within the United States; international shipments must be paid by the shipper but may be reimbursed under certain circumstances.
Your refund will be credited using the purchase method. For example, credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process your refund.When Making A Return:
Simply sign into your Just One Eye account and select the order number of the item you are looking to return or exchange. Click on RETURN/EXCHANGE and select the reason why you are returning or exchanging. Please include any necessary details.
If you are exchanging for a different sizing, please include the correct size. We will send you the replacement item upon receipt of the original item, assuming that item is received in unused condition and that a replacement is available.
If a replacement is not available, your account will be credited for the original purchase price upon receipt of the original item in unused condition. You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your shipment.
If you are requesting a refund, credit must match original payment method. If you would like to return an item you purchased or received as a gift from Just One Eye, please go to our website, JustOneEye.com.
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, you will receive a Just One Eye gift card/credit in the amount of the purchase price. Once you check the AGREE button, we will send you an email confirming your RMA number. Please send your item back to us within 15 days.
