We currently accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal Express.

Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our suppliers. Sizing can sometimes be difficult, which is why we offer the as much information as possible to help you make a decision quickly and effortlessly.
Simply click on the 'Select A Size' link to view all available sizes. You can find our size conversion chart by clicking on the 'View Size Chart' tab on the product page. Please note that sizing may vary by brand, as well as the product itself. Please read the description for more information on size and fit.

You can request an order change or cancellation from your Just One Eye account, by requesting an RMA number. Please visit our Return & Exchanges section for more information.
To make your online shopping experience with Just One Eye quick and easy, we have created a simple one-page checkout that is simple to follow. You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before checkout.
When ready, click on the 'My Bag' link in the top right corner, which will enable a drop down menu displaying your current bag, and it's contents.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Just One Eye account or create a new one. From there, you will select a shipping method as well as your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.
You can verify the status of your order at any time from your Just One Eye account, under Order History. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, California sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the order summary page.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada may be subject to duties or VAT. These duties and taxes are calculated at checkout before payment.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.
