FISCH

SWEDISH SWIMWEAR DESIGNER, AGNES FISCHER STARTED RESEARCHING SUSTAINABLE FABRICS IN RESPONSE TO THE DESTRUCTION OF THE CORAL REEFS IN THE CARIBBEAN WHERE SHE SPENT HER CHILDHOOD SNORKELLING. SHE SETTLED ON ECONYL – A FULLY REGENERATIVE NYLON FIBER MADE FROM ABANDONED FISHING NETS – AND SO FISCH WAS BORN. HAVING TRAINED AT PARSONS SCHOOL OF DESIGN IN NEW YORK AND WORKED AT SAINT LAURENT, SHE SET OUT TO CREATE VERSATILE PIECES THAT CAN BE WORN STRAIGHT FROM THE BEACH TO THE BAR. STANDOUT FEATURES INCLUDE HAND-PAINTED PRINTS, SCRUNCHIE-INSPIRED STRAPS, AND VIBRANT HUES. FISCH IS A PROUD PARTNER WITH HEALTHY SEAS, A TEAM OF SKILLED DIVERS DEDICATED TO CLEANING UP OUR OCEANS FROM PLASTIC AND GHOST FISHING NETS. EVERY YEAR FISCH DONATES 10% OF GLOBAL PROFITS TO THE HEALTHY SEAS INITIATIVE.
