The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sneaker Edition #12 by Just One Eye and artist Nate Lowman is a limited edition of 21. Only one, this Converse All Star original is composed of an original studio drop cloth, used by Nate Lowman in the creation of his “Marilyn” series, New York 2011. Hand-cut by Lowman, each Converse high was hand-sewn onto an original 1970's Converse Chuck Taylor All Star rubber sole by a craftsman in Los Angeles, each pair taking over 10 hours of work to complete. The canvas is composed of latex, acrylic, and high-gloss alkyd paint stained on an un-primed linen canvas. This Converse Chuck Taylor classic shoe is lined with unfinished, uncolored Italian calf leather and stamped with Just One Eye's logo and Nate Lowman's signature. Each Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sneaker comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
